Your body must constantly contend with acid. The acid your body produces is relatively weak and usually doesn’t cause any problems. On the other hand, the acid you get from eating too much meat and other acid producing foods, stress, sport beverages and sodas, is stronger, and it causes lots of problems.

Steve Marmor, natural health practitioner and owner (since 1993 of Herbs & More in Encinitas, Ca. 760 753-7272, steve@herbsandmore.org), specializes in assisting individuals in getting to the cause of health problems and establishing a hierarchy of priorities. Additionally, Steve works with people every day to assist them in improving their acid-alkaline balance so their internal environment more closely resembles a Himalayan glacial stream instead of a lagoon.
