Classes

Health classes used to be held every Wednesday from 12:30-1:30 at Herbs & More in Encinitas, Ca. 388 N. El Camino Real, 760 753-7272. Now they are periodically. Call Herbs & More for class schedule.

In addition to whatever the health topic is that particular week, a water demonstration is usually incorporated as a segment of every class.

The emphasis of the class is always to discuss health topics and get to the cause of common problems many people are dealing with, such as: diabetes, acid-reflux, gastro-intestinal issues, low energy, sleep problems, etcetera.

Come join us, bring your friends and all your health questions…..expect answers.

RSVP is helpful with a call ahead if plan on attending, and with how many. We generally start right at 12:30pm. If want to, feel free to bring your lunch as a lunch and learn time.

Alkaline Ionized water provided, and every new attendee receives two free gallons of water. Bring your own containers or we have BPA free containers available for sale.
